Easy Homemade Biscuits

Ingredients

3 cups all purpose flour

1 Tbsp baking powder

2 Tbsp honey or cane sugar

1 tsp salt

1 stick very cold butter

1 cup milk

2 Tbsp ice cold water

Directions

Add all ingredients except for butter into a stand mixer. Grate the butter with cheese grater into the bowl and add. Using a paddle attachment, combine all ingredients together until it forms a dough that pulls away from the sides.

Next, roll dough out on a piece of parchment paper – making it about 1 inch thick.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Use a cookie cutter or mason jar lid to cut out circles or preferred biscuit shape.

After all biscuits are cut out, place sheet of parchment on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
