Sourdough Graham Crackers

Ingredients

1 stick butter, softened

¼ cup honey

¼ cup cane sugar

1 Tbsp molasses

1 tsp vanilla

¼ tsp cinnamon

2 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

Directions

Combine butter, honey, sugar, molasses, and vanilla in a stand mixer (using paddle attachment) and combine until slightly fluffy.

Next, add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Combine until dough is pulling away from the bowl edges. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate 1-2 hr.

After dough has chilled, preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Using a large piece of parchment paper, roll ½ of the dough out into a ¼ in thin rectangle.

Slice into rectangles and poke holes with a toothpick (or the end of a tiny paintbrush like me lol).

Put parchment on baking sheet and bake for about 22 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Take parchment off of the baking sheet and allow to cool. Cut or break pieces where cut.
