Brownie Baked Oatmeal

a fun, nourishing breakfast that everyone loves!

Ingredients

2 cups oats

1 cup milk (any kind!)

4 eggs

⅓ cup canned pumpkin

⅓ cup cocoa powder

1 scoop collagen or protein powder

½ cup honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

mini chocolate chips to top, optional

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients into large bowl and mix well. Top with chocolate chips.

Grease 9×9 or pie pan. Pour mixture in and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Best served right away!
